Mekira Growth Representative Pilot

Mekira Growth Representatives help businesses find the right next step without relying on high-pressure sales tactics.

You may:

• Build relationships and identify potential opportunities
• Learn what a business needs
• Recommend services from Mekira’s approved catalog
• Support a clear handoff after a sale
• Stay connected with clients you personally helped bring to Mekira
• Document meaningful outreach, follow-up, and client support

You may build relationships through professional networks, online communities, local events, referrals, written outreach, phone conversations, or other honest methods that fit your strengths.

This is a flexible independent-contractor opportunity. There are no fixed shifts or required working hours.

Mekira is beginning with two Growth Representatives so the training, systems, support, compensation process, and client handoff can be tested carefully before the program expands.

The public role is Mekira Growth Representative. Selected participants work under a separate Independent Business Development and Sales Contractor Agreement.

• 20% of eligible collected initial revenue from approved services you personally sell.
• 5% of eligible monthly recurring service fees actually collected and cleared for personally attributed client relationships while you remain Active or Part-Active and complete the required relationship nurturing.

Recurring commission depends on both an eligible client payment and the required relationship support. Nurturing by itself does not create commission if Mekira does not receive an eligible monthly payment.

Active means you are accepting new prospects and supporting current relationships.

Part-Active means you are not accepting new prospects but continue supporting existing attributed prospects and clients.

Both Active and Part-Active status require at least eight documented Qualifying Sales Activities per calendar month. These may include meaningful outreach, follow-up, sales conversations, opportunity development, or client nurturing. They are not eight sales or eight required working hours.

Not Available is a full pause. You may choose this status without ending the agreement or providing a private explanation. There is no activity minimum and no recurring commission during the pause.

Phone calls are not automatically required. Written communication, professional communities, local relationships, referrals, events, and other ethical approaches may all be useful.

This is an independent-contractor pilot. Earnings depend on approved sales and eligible collected client payments.
